There are various different types of channels to which users can subscribe to. Once subscribed to a channel, users will receive broadcasts, multicasts and unicast messages as and when they are sent out on the respective channels. Enquiries and Service requests can be made through this app. Users can access and respond to the various directories and forms available on the app
Users can unsubscribe from a channel any time they wish, to stop receiving any further broadcast messages.
